Krysti Garrett has been with Southside Animal Hospital since July 2006. Before coming to Southside, Krysti had a career in Information Technologies but decided that she wanted to work with her true love, animals. In her spare time away from work she loves hanging out with her family, which includes her husband, Darin, her 3 dogs Bella, Sheba and Pup Pup, her cat, Kee Kee and her new addition to the family of 10 chickens. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter, Heather and her grandson, Josh. When she wants to get away from it all, going to the Outer Banks to fish is the best medicine!

Melissa Duncan has been with Southside since March 2009. She enjoys working with animals and is currently enrolled in school to become a Veterinary Technician. She has 4 dogs named Bossy, Dakota, Dingo, and Hunter. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Forrest, and their fur-children on her days off.
